3. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

• Provide accurate pickup details
• Be ready at the pickup location on time
• Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully

4. Waiting Time

Drivers may wait for a reasonable period. Additional waiting charges may apply.

Airport pickups may include complimentary waiting time depending on booking type.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made in advance may be free.
• Late cancellations may incur charges.
• No-shows may be charged full or partial fare.

6. Delays

We make every effort to provide timely service; however, traffic, weather, road closures, and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

We are not liable for missed flights, meetings, or appointments caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Payment must be completed before or immediately after service.

8. Refusal of Service

• Upload malicious content

• Submit false bookings

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melbourne Cab’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
